The owner and chief operator, Isaac Bostic, is dual certified with the highest level of certification issued by the State of Florida in water and wastewater operations and water quality management. Mr. Bostic proudly holds a double-A certification. He also teaches enthusiastic students the water and wastewater certification courses needed to become Florida certified water quality operators at Hillsborough Community College at the Plant City and Davis Island campuses.
